Regarding shotguns, I kind of enjoy playing with Reinfeld, but I probably wouldn't consider it one of the most eficient primaries. They require much less skill with aiming. If your not very good at aiming you might like shotguns. But I personally like the Locomotive 12G. There isn't a "best", just what fits your playstyle.
