Instead of uninstalling Steam Streaming Microphone & Speakers, just Disable them, you can enable them again if Steam is affected. If that does not work, i don't know what to do because i still don't know what the device is. Windows should reinstall the device once again. If that does not work then choose Uninstall and reboot. First right-click on the device with the yellow exclamation mark and choose Update Driver Software and let Windows do it automatically.
